We will be having a mandatory meeting for all Studio Tour participants on Sunday, June 2nd at 11:00 am at the El Rito Library to discuss the duties and responsibilities of participation artists. Please join us! It is important for all participating artists to help with the organization and jobs required to host a successful tour. All artists must help distribute brochures, as well as help with donation mailing and thank-you notes, or help to deliver/pick up studio signs and directional signs before, during, and after the tour. We also require help with advertising, processing applications, bookkeeping, and other miscellaneous jobs.
